Meukow 1789 Grande Champange Cognac no.16

The House of Meukow was founded by brothers August-Christophe and Gustav Meukow who in 1850 were initially sent to source Cognac for Tsar Alexander II. After travelling back and forth between France and Russia, in 1862 the brothers decided to remain in France and start a cognac business for themselves. The brand survives to this day and exports distilled wines to over 80 countries around the world.

This is a rare, vintage bottling of Grande Champagne cognac, imported for the Danish market.
