克莱嘉赫 1980 39年 #2039 Refill Hogshead单桶 51.6%

 

高年份的克莱嘉赫近年来已经成了整个市场上的逸品，这一款#2039号单桶的姐妹桶#2033号前不久刚在希思罗机场免税渠道首发，价格达到了惊人的3500英镑，而从官方的品鉴词来看，这一款#2039，可能会是更为讨喜的存在。

 

闻香：依然是标志性的岩石气息，但与常规年份的克莱嘉赫相比，少了那一分的凌冽，反而多了一分宜人的温热，让人感觉到了一种不一样的扎实感，同时到来的明显的蜡质，无疑又让这一股浑厚感更上了一层楼，浓郁之下，各种熟果的香气也在涌动着，尤其是那一股子熟透的菠萝的香味，似乎还在炉火上翻动，而耳边则依稀响起了那一首“黑凤梨”。

入口：甘泉一般的清甜，大量鲜果的多汁感瞬间充盈整个口腔，菠萝干、芒果干的香甜，些许的香草与奶油，一点点草本芳香植物点缀其间，更添繁复。

尾韵：非常干净，淡雅的果干甜味，让人忍不住想要再斟上一杯。

Craigellachie aged for 30+ years has become a treasure for whisky lovers in the recent years. There was just a #2033 cask launched in the duty-free channel at Heathrow Airport, with its price reached a staggering £3500 and now it comes the sister cask #2039. Have not got a chance to taste #2033, but from the official tasting note, this #2039 bottled exclusively for Whisky L, might be more likable.

 

Nose: Intensive and iconic granite feel, but compared with the regular releases, it has bit more pleasant warmth, making a different image of strong and solidity. At the same time, the obvious waxy note, has made it to the next level of vigorous. Under all of these, there was also a group of rich flavors with all kinds of ripe fruits, surging. The smell of the pineapple was so adorable, seems to be still flipping on the oven, hint of smoky.

Mouth: Sweetness like the spring water, followed by a large amount of fresh & juicy fruits, instantly overwhelming your entire mouth. Dry pineapple and dry mango, still the sweetness but differently There is also a little bit of vanilla and cream, some indications of plants & herbs, leading the mouth feel to a different level of complicity, yet clean.

Finish: Very clean, light & elegant dry fruit sweetness, just can't help for another dram.
