雅伯#2792单桶 2006-2020 58.3%, second fill oroloso

这是一款非常硬核的雅伯，很有可能是近些年来最为硬核的一款。所有的雅伯忠粉们一定会为他献上自己的膝盖。在品鉴样品的阶段就已经感觉到了他的阳刚，没想到在全副武装之后，其雄性气息能来得这般猛烈。从复杂度而言，这款酒的层次感也已经累积到了相当的一个程度，而其间各种强劲风味的冲击也达成了一个奇妙的动态平衡。大胆设想一下若是再假以时日进一步陈年，这款酒很有可能会朝着#1376的方向发展，但选择将这桶酒定格在其最为富力强的这一刻，也是我等雅伯粉丝的一大幸事。

颜色：非常非常深，深到让人怀疑这竟然是一个再注雪莉桶

闻香：与颜色一样深邃的饱满，高级男士皮革，甚至是更接近橡胶与沥青的那份厚重，这是只有最为泥煤、最为雪莉的雅伯才会有的味道，肉感十足的冲击，熏肉，香肠与烧腊的气息扑鼻而来，夹杂着一丝木炭的余灰，接着是大西洋一般的咸香，与大量的黑咖啡气息，稍稍加入几滴水，下方一样浓郁的水果香味将会成为第二波的冲击，烤熟的苹果香，成熟黑莓、橘子皮的油脂感。

入口：带着鲜味的甜味，蜂蜜与海鲜的神奇组合，黑色水果与海盐黑巧克力的搭配，稍加水后，整个甜与咸形成了一个新的平衡，盐津感十足，非常生津，后段是木制与烟叶的丝丝熏味，果木炭烤的感觉。

尾韵：不仅悠长，并且是少有的复杂，大量的水果糖一般的清甜，还有姜糖那一丝暖意，整个杯底则是正山小种那一股微微带些烟熏的醇厚茶香。强烈推荐这一杯一定要留到最后再喝。

This is a very hardcore Ardbeg, probably the most hardcore among all the recent releases. All the Ardbegians will surely bend their knees for it! With the sample tasting last year, it already showed its masculine potential, and after getting fully armed, you will be surprised how the male image can become so potent. In terms of complexity, this one had reached a remarkable extent, and there is also a wonderful dynamic balance between all competitions of the flavors with each other. I would personally make a guess that this one could be headed in the direction of #1376 over time, but the choice of bottling the cask at its most powerful moment is also a blessing.

Color: Very, very deep, so deep that one would suspect it was just a refill sherry cask

Nose: Very bold, very leathery, and even closer to rubber or pitch, this only shows in the most sherried and most peated Ardbeg. Finding a real punch of smoked bacon, sausage and roasted meat, with a hint of charcoal ashes. Followed by the Atlantic saltiness, with a large amount of black coffee flavor. Adding drops of water, open up the hidden part and the rich fruity fragrance will become the second wave of shock, baked apple type of sweetness, ripe blackberry, oily feeling from orange peels.

Mouth: Sweet and umami, the magical combination of honey and seafood, and maybe sea slated dark chocolate with black fruit. With drops of water, the whole sweetness and saltiness form a new balance, rounded salt-covered feeling and induces saliva. At the back of your tongue, there are woody and tobacco smoky tastes, with some BBQ feeling.

Finish: It's long and unbelievably complex, with plenty of fruit gums’ sweetness, and gingerbread warmth. The empty dram is pleasant, rich, with Wuyi bohea aroma. It is highly recommended that you should save this one as your last drink for the day.
