波摩 四神兽系列之凤凰 37年，52.1%

与去年的海龙有些神似，却又迥然不同，不禁让人感叹这又是一对风格迥异的姐妹桶（当然这款凤凰在桶中多等待了一年的时间），但却再一次证明了，有着些许皂味的波摩依然可以很美很优雅。而同时，这也让我们对于之后的两款，又有了无比的遐想空间。

闻香：一开始便是明显的油脂香气，十足的厚重感，全然不似前作海龙那般的飘逸，但整个香气的主旋律在杯中的转变十分迅速，很快的，那个年代波摩所特有的花香与皂香犹如破土而出一般钻了出来，依然是镶嵌着鲜花花瓣的高级手工皂的味道，但随着杯醒整个花香部分变得越来越浓郁，有了玫瑰盛放的感觉，还有些许的奶油味与一点点的木香。

入口：明显的包覆感，非常有冲击力，花蜜的甜美与那一股恰到好处的皂味完美地融合在一起，中段与后段有一股好像武夷山茶的那股岩韵与茶香，微微收敛。

尾韵：绵长，满口留香的感觉，回甘且生津。

This new bottle may still in the same direction of last year's sea dragon, but it's a very different one already. Sister casks, always surprises!). And once again, it proofs that Bowmore from 80s, even with a little soapy flavor, can still be very beautiful and elegant. At the same time, this is opening up a huge space for us to imagine how the next two releases could achieve.

Nose: Very unexpected oily/waxy noses from the very beginning, bold & heavy, completely not the same as the previous sea dragon, which was so light and elegant. However, the tone of the flavor changes so fast there, that the classic combo of floral and soap is shooting as something breaking out of the ground. It is so well balanced, like fresh flower petals embedded in the high-end hand crafted soap. With time, the dram gets awake more, and you will find the whole floral part is getting richer as well, like the rose in full bloom, and a hint of creaminess.

Mouth: A full coverage, strong & impact. The honey sweetness blends so well with the perfectly right level of soapiness. At the middle stage towards the end, there is a wave of Wuyi mountain tea taste, with some rocky feel, some spiciness and some tightness

Finish: A mouth full of flavors, sweet, refreshing and enduring aftertaste.
