苏格兰四神兽系列 尼斯湖水怪 1988-2020 32年 51.9%

 

闻香：与之前已经出笼的两尊神兽完全不一样的风格，非常令人惊喜。灵动而飘逸的感觉，首先冲入鼻腔的是醒人的薄荷叶的清香，与之一起的，还有着在七十年代麦卡伦中有时会闪过的一些新鲜的草本植物的气息，紧接着大量的成熟黑色水果登场，尤其是熟透了的黑加仑果味。闻香部分随着时间在杯中还会有着不断的变化，醒开后透着橙子果酱那种微微带酸的香甜气。

入口：大量的果脯与蜂蜜，一点点的甘草，雪莉的甜度满满与中段的黑巧克力味的混合很有相得益彰的感觉，细细品味的话，太妃、果干、碳烤坚果等典型的雪莉风味都隐隐若现，但整个后段的主题还是偏近fino雪莉的那种甜中带酸的感觉，非常特别。

尾韵：延续着口感部分的酸度与回甘，强度中等，但却让人满口生津

Nose: Surprisingly, a very different one vs. it’s sister casks by released in the past two years in the same range. This one is towards the ethereal style! With a refreshing and bold start of mind leaves, and some fresh herb notes which sometime you may notice from a 70’s old Macallan. After that, all the matured dark fruits begin to show off, especially something like cocked black currant. The nose is continuously changing in the dram, just wait several minutes, you may even find some tasty orange jam.

Mouth: A mouthful preserved fruit & honey, plus a little bit of licorice, the sweetness of sherry is well mixed and balanced with the dark chocolate flavor. Taking a close look, there are all hints of toffee, dry fruits and roasted nuts, all classics from a sherry cask. However, the star is the fino type of acidity, coming together with its sweetness, very special.

Finish: The sourness is still there, with a long lasting luscious feel, medium strength, but drooling!
