2026年国际威士忌日快乐！

3月27日，最初的、真正非商业性的国际威士忌日是为了纪念伟大的威士忌作家迈克尔·杰克逊（1942-2007）的生日。直至2007年逝世前，他始终被公认为世界威士忌行业的权威。

迈克尔·杰克逊是当代世界威士忌极其重要的评论家，曾被认为是自维多利亚女王时代以来最重要的威士忌作家。他曾获得过西蒙和安德烈奖以及不下五次的格兰菲迪奖等多个奖项，对全世界整个单一麦芽威士忌产业的发展起到了公认的巨大推动作用。

他撰写的威士忌行业著作《DK威士忌品鉴笔记》，已再版8次，汇集了来自世界各地近200家酿酒厂，涵盖了1926年迄今、超700+经典酒款的品鉴笔记，全球累计销量超50万册。

On March 27th, the first truly non-commercial International Whisky Day was to commemorate the birthday of the great whisky writer Michael Jackson (1942-2007). Until his death in 2007, he was widely recognized as an authority in the global whisky industry.

Michael Jackson is an extremely important critic of whisky in the contemporary world and was once considered the most significant whisky writer since the Victorian era. He has won multiple awards such as the Simon and Andre Awards and the Glenfiddich Award no less than five times, and has played a recognized and significant role in promoting the development of the entire single malt whisky industry worldwide.

His whisky industry book, "DK Malt Whisky Companion," has been reprinted 8 times and brings together tasting notes from nearly 200 distilleries around the world, covering over 700 classic liquors from 1926 to the present. It has sold over 500,000 copies worldwide.
